$$ and LIFE

On the road home by my bike( skipper), I always came across big expensive Benz, Audi Porsche and many other "branded' SUV and MVP.
Why these people can afford such cars and how much must I earn in order to have the capability to own one??
After some calculation, I found out that one must earn at least $8000 and above to have that kind of vehicle without feeling any pinch in the pocket.

On the other hand, some people out there save every penny by walking to work (just like my little sister) and don't even bear to spend a little more in exchange for some comforts in life.

Some people are really born with luck and owns everything that he wants and needs always. But some really have to strive for their life just to have a little bit of something and owes so much most of the time.

So morale of the story is: Don't go for what you want, always go for what you need first.

Very simple example in life.....
One fine day, you were walking down a gallery at a shopping mall, listening to your favourite song through you phone. To your surprise, you come across a lovely MP3 player at a shop with the words "SALE - 50% off all items" on it. You are so attracted to it and ready to buy that because you think it will be a good catch.

STOP....and think, you really need that?? and look what your ear is listening to....
1 electronic staff need some much "embodied energy' just to construct. For example the metal electronic chip in the mother board, the outer plastic cover, all these are material that took thousand of year to decompose if they are not recycle. Please spare a thought for the earth...with all these wastage around us, are the natural resources sufficient for our next generation ??
